Decent policies, excellent employees, I needed new alignment on my tires. This dealership did my last alignment 10 months and less than 10000 miles ago, but here I was with a problem again I needed new alignment on my tires. This dealership did my last alignment 10 months and less than 10000 miles ago, but here I was with a problem again, and not one with any known causes (I messed up my alignment the first time and I know that, but the second time I didn't have an event that would've caused the damage I was now seeing). If I was in charge of this operation, I would have admitted that such a short time and mileage between alignments was suspicious and maybe offered a discount when a customer needed it again so soon. I was disappointed to not get that courtesy. I even called ahead a few times to try and get someone to discuss it on the phone with me, but kept getting a run-around. I would like it if someone higher up in management would deal more directly with customer concerns and take responsibility. Still, the service and individuals I was able to interact with in person with on this trip were very pleasant, informative, professional, and prompt. Their bosses could learn from their example. More

Thieves, thieves, thieves..... I usually do not post reviews, but thought it was important to warn other consumers about the thieving environment at this dealership. We purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot September 26, 2014. Along with the Pilot, we added on a lot of extras, LoJack, Maintenance plan, 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The vehicle has been a good purchase. A few weeks ago we noticed the sunroof gasket had popped up out of place. As I worked to put it back in place, I noticed rust had developed where this gasket was supposed to be. We contacted Heritage Honda service and scheduled an appointment. We received a call stating they had completed a recall on the vehicle but could find nothing wrong with the sunroof. After explaining the problem again, they said they would look at it again. We received a call the next day stating they did find the problem and it would cost us more than $500 to repair. When I questioned this I was told my warranty had expired. Not true. They called the warranty company and were told this was a mistake and the vehicle was still covered. However, the sunroof gasket, not available as a separate part, was not covered because it is classified as a glass repair. Glass repair is excluded from the "Bumper to Bumper" coverage. Last time I checked, the glass was between the bumpers. They also pointed out they hate when the finance department, employed by them, call this extended coverage bumper to bumper as it does not even cover the bumpers. $2500 for this coverage and the only repair brought to them for coverage is not covered.......I wonder what excuses they would give for any other repair requested under this coverage. It would not surprise me if nothing is covered....... We picked the vehicle up this morning and had to take it back immediately as there were greasy boot prints on the drivers side entry to the vehicle. Buyers beware!!!!!!!! More

Within a few hours, Jeremy got our Honda into the shop and got us replacement Van from Enterprise which could hold our three car seats. The experience was fantastic and I believe Jeremy went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our van was back to us in 2 days and seems to be back in working order. Thanks Jeremy. Joe More
