We came in to have our Highlander serviced since it was due and started looking around at the new models. After a test drive, we decided to trade in our old spare car on a new 21 Highlander. We always look for Herb when want a new car because he always treats us right and we are very comfortable working with him. Had Herb not been there we would still be driving the old spare.
