This was one of the easiest purchasing transactions possible. Stiles connected with me and kept me up to date on everything while I waited for my car. Never have I been to a dealer where the GENERAL MANAGER doesn’t want to sell me a car??? From the time I began the car buying process, Jason constantly tried to sway me from buying the car i wanted. Tried doesn’t want to sell me a car??? From the time I began the car buying process, Jason constantly tried to sway me from buying the car i wanted. Tried multiple times to get me in a different vehicle. Ended up having to return the vehicle after driving it for 2 weeks because “the loan company doesn’t want the deal now” Never heard of such a thing in my entire life of buying cars. Jason tried to get me into another vehicle which again, doesn’t make sense. If I had to bring back a vehicle that I was APPROVED on, why would you try to get me to buy something else from you? Jason also told me I didn’t make enough money when I had verified pay stubs from my employer and if that was the case, how did I get APPROVED on the first vehicle Jason? Rather than explaining to me how such a thing could happen, Jason was more worried about a 4:30 phone meeting which, as a paying customer, I couldn’t care less. If I could give 0/10 to Jason, I certainly would. I will NEVER recommend someone to this store just to save them the headache of having to deal with Jason Discolo.I will say that my salesperson, Ron Henry was EXCELLENT. From start to finish! Answered all my questions, walked me through everything, and even delivered my car to me at 9pm at night! Ron, you are the kind of person that should be running that dealership! I bet the leadership you could provide would outdue that of Jason. 10/10 to you! More
