Chad was super friendly, not the least bit pushy and he really listened to what I wanted. He never once tried to get me to take something the dealership had in stock in lieu of the car I actually wanted. I had already researched the car and had been to other dealers so I basically told Chad what I wanted and the offers I had on the table. He went to work and came back and told me he could do the price but they would have to locate the car and that should take one to three days. Sure enough he found my dream car, gave me a call and today I am the proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited. Chad was great and I am very thankful for such a positive experience More
