Recently I took my daughter a car which was purchased in VA and she needed registration in PA. It was a bit complicated but Jodie took care of all the paperwork with no issues! The shuttle driver Paul is very reliable on time, personable and we just have nice chats on my drive to and from the dealership. Buyers beware! Bought a truck from here on Saturday April 27th and when I went to pick it up on Monday April 30th they told me the rear had gone out and they wouldn’ Bought a truck from here on Saturday April 27th and when I went to pick it up on Monday April 30th they told me the rear had gone out and they wouldn’t be willing to fix it because it would be “a loss to them”. Instead of making it right and getting me in a similar truck they said they couldn’t do any of the other trucks there because they were already listed at cost to them (obviously a complete lie because I literally listened to the sales manager talking about getting someone’s vehicle from them on a trade far lower than what would have been fair). It is now June 9th and I still have yet to hear from anyone (was told I’d be hearing from the GM, also obviously a lie) about making it right, instead their solution was to simply screw over the customer because of their mistake. Overall if you’re interested in getting a vehicle DO NOT GO HERE, the have no morals and and their core values are not reflected by their sales team. Buyers beware! More
