No-haggle, straight to the point, Great Experience! I sent an online inquiry to Heritage not expecting much of a response other than the usual "come on in and take a look" response. Not only did I not get the runaround, I got the best price on a 2020 Camry, with the exact options I asked for, in a two sentence text message back to me. Perfect! When I went in to check it out, Jon Brown immediately greeted me, was professional, polite, and accommodating. Even after some trouble finding the exact vehicle we discussed, he delivered as promised, and was even able to come through on an additional option I had asked about but didn't budget for! Before you give up and go online through the companies that deliver cars and never make you talk to an actual person, go talk to Jon. If you don't want to haggle, just ask for the bottom line.
