Our last three cars had either been Toyota's or Scions, but we were ready to pocket our cash, give up, and go home. On our way home we passed Freedom Toyota/Scion and upon stepping out of the car heard a familiar, friendly voice - it was Ryan Long, the fiancée of my daughter's gymnastics coach! We talked to Ryan, told him what we were looking for and he reassured us that he could help us. A brief time later he showed us a fantastic match to our needs: A low mileage Avalon XLS in perfect condition. It was even slightly below our asked for price! Ryan worked hard and came through like a champ that day and we will NEVER FORGET IT!! He wasn't pushy, or difficult that day, just a real gentleman and a pleasure to work with and seemed sincerely interested in helping us. I took this oppo Freedom Toyota just performed a limited service campaign to replace the brake reservoir tank, it was completed on time at no charge. I took this opportunity to replace the brake fluid because my cars mileage was approximately 70.000 miles. Freedom Toyota provided my shuttle service back to my home and later picked me up and brought me back to the dealership, a great service especially since I live about 16 miles away. The shuttle driver Paul was very congenial and considerate, he did his best to get me back and forth in a timely manner, even though some the drive was during rush hours, My service advisor was Jannelle Holmes, she was very proficient and helpful, she was able to provide me a discount for the brake fluid replacement. I have had a great relationship with my sales representative, Domingo Andino , he has my complete respect for his integrity as a salesperson, not something you usually hear about . He has always provided me fair and competitive pricing . An example of my great relationship with doing business with him, my son also purchased a new Toyota through his able assistance. I am a very satisfied customer and happy to continue to do both buying and servicing my vehicles with Freedom Toyota in the future. I have recommended Freedom to all my friends and family. More
