Adam and Wayne at Heritage Toyota were rockstars with helping me get my new car. Wanting a new RAV4 as soon as possible was a tough feat but they were so incredibly helpful and got me a car I love the sa helping me get my new car. Adam was on top of his game, knew his facts and features about the car, explained things during the test drive, and was just overall wonderful to work with. Wayne was really helpful when we thought we’d have to get a car from a different dealer and providing different options. They were both great with negotiating and all of us ended up being happy with the agreed upon price. They beat another Toyota dealership for my trade as well. 5/5 for both of them. The only reason I give the dealership as a whole a 4/5 is because of the business guy we had to deal with afterward. Pretty annoying that the sales team spends so much time and effort telling you how wonderful Toyotas are and how great the warranty is only to have to talk to the business officer after and have him try to downplay the warranty to try to sell you $10k worth of extended add ons and crap you don't need. I get that it's his job, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Had we not had to deal with him and we would have only dealt with Adam and Wayne, easily would have given the dealership 5/5 too. Long story short - if you are in the market for a Toyota, ask for Adam! More
