I was told I would get the vehicle at the internet price I saw on their website. When I reviewed the electronic paper work the next day I found the vehicle price was higher than the sticker price. The fin I saw on their website. When I reviewed the electronic paper work the next day I found the vehicle price was higher than the sticker price. The finance manager advised me this was the price of the vehice plus the auto armor. How ironic that the price of this armor is the same amount as the internet discount. Another dealership charges less than half of Heriatage's charge. They were very poor with customer service except for the sales person. Our salesperson was very apologetic. More

We purchased a 2021 Venza , pre-owned, on Dec 27, 2023 from this dealership. Soemoe was our sales rep. We had a very positive experience with Soemoe even though he was a new sales person. The sales managers did a great job as well and were very professional. We were satisfied with their car prices and it appeared that they beat all other dealers in the price of a Toyota Venza. We would definitely return to this dealer for future purchases as we are satisfied at this point with our pre-owned Toyota Venza.
