I was extremely happy as the service was completed faster than promised and less expensively than promised. Kalynn Miller was the service writer who directed the service completion and kept me informed throughout the entire process. John Davis in the sales department help answer all of my questions related to understanding the leasing vs buying a Scion for my daughter. I truly feel he was honest and extremely knowledgeable and did a tremendous job explaining the leasing process. More

No car for 3 days Due to my Toyota Corolla loosing power and not idling well, Freedom Toyota serviced it and did their utmost to get it fixed. After new spark plugs did not solve it, they contacted the manufacturer and eventually solved it. Throughout I received friendly assistance from the service personnel and the technician who tried to help where possible; even though a loan vehicle was not available. The eventual cost for all the work was very reasonable. Thanks! More

Awesome service experience First time at dealership. I really try and avoid dealerships because they are usually over priced. I found that your prices were fair.
