Excellent Service Advisor I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service Advisor. Her cheery personality was the bright spot in my day. The car was immediately put in the shop for inspection. Katie came to me, less than an hour later, to tell me that everything was fine and the only amount due was for the emissions testing. I paid the cashier and was on my way in no time. Freedom Toyota treats you like family. Although I didn't purchase my last Toyota there, because of their friendly, customer oriented, dedicated service advisors and technicians, I had no hesitation when I decided to purchase my new Avalon.
