I gave Dave a tough task. I wanted a specific car with certain options. It took a week but eventually I gave in that the vehicle just couldn’t be found. We have gone to dealerships, many dealerships in the past. I previously owned a ford fusion which experienced a major engine failure. I had the vehicle towed to Courtesy as it was the closest Ford dealership to my home. She had a very friendly and approachable personality which made buying my new car a breeze. She worked with me to give me options and helped me to find the car that I truly wanted. She showed patience while dealing with my hesitance but at the same time kept me informed of any new information with regards to my experience. I have since and will continue to refer people to Courtesy Ford for their auto needs. Especially to Chelsea because she certainly breaks the stereotypical mold of a car salesperson.
