She provided me with personsl service and never made me feel like just another sale. She never hesitsted to ensure that everything on my wish list was checked. Routine oil change. I visited Heritage for my wife's car and mine for a routine oil change and inspections without an appointment so of course there will be a wait. The services aren’t the same The customer service was good but the quality of service has went down since I’ve been going to this dealership since 2014. They use to give you a courtesy wash and clean at least the front portion of the car, with the oil changes and services. But when I picked my car up the plastic was still on my driver seat with the paper mat on the floor. The services seem to have gone down over the years. More
