Quick and efficient I wish they were upfront about all that extra cost for the service plan up front when I make the appointment over the phone. This is the 2nd time I’ve I wish they were upfront about all that extra cost for the service plan up front when I make the appointment over the phone. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to pay for maintenance when all I came in for was my vip oil change and I specifically asked about it when making the appointment. The free oil change isn’t worth $250-$400 of extra maintenance if it’s every time I come in. I’m sure I can change my own oil every 10,000 for less. Other than that, they’re great! Did my recall, oil and tire rotation, and flushed break fluid (this is the extra $248 service I was not informed of over the phone) in less that 2hrs. More
