I like and trust this dealer, but I've been using Heritage for the 5 years since I purchased my car here. This is the only time I've used a dealership for maintenance on a regular bas I've been using Heritage for the 5 years since I purchased my car here. This is the only time I've used a dealership for maintenance on a regular basis. They do good work, the prices quoted are what you are presented with unless you are advised of a problem or need. I do have an issue with timing occasionally. Today, I waited in the waiting room for 3.5 hours after arriving. It was a 50,000 mile checkup. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment time, but had called in to advise them of that and they said no problem. I've had at least 2 waits that were more than 2 or 2.5 hours. More

Heritage VW for the WIN I went into VW on 7/24/2019 and walked out with a brand new 2019 Tiguan VW. My salesman was Milton. He was very very nice and helpful.
