I was trying to get my car refinance through Volkswagen credit not realizing that they don't refinance....😱 So I called Union City Volkswagen and a salesman Dee Holmes returned my call...listened to my co credit not realizing that they don't refinance....😱 So I called Union City Volkswagen and a salesman Dee Holmes returned my call...listened to my concerns, knew I loved Volkswagen and have been driving them 20 yrs. But didn't really want to start over in a new one but worked it out with the help of his manager for me. My payments went down...4 yr warrantee...automatic instead of 6 speed... Dee was encouraging, sound mind, confident, and I felt he had my best interest in thought and worked to put a smile on my face ....even during a corona virus pandemic!
