He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was willing to answer all of my questions (no matter how many times I asked them). He was completely honest with me about everything. I felt as if he was a friend rather than a sales consultant. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I wanted to give him the recognition that he deserves. I was interested in the new jetta Sportwagen TDI. Mike was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car (and believe me it has a lot of features). We made a fair offer, filled out a quick credit app, and got a better rate than was available through our Credit Union. Took a day to mull it over, called Mike and sealed the deal. A 1/2 hour back at the dealership to sign papers and off I drove in my new JSW. The car was spotless and ready to go. Copared to my last new car purchase (which was pretty much an all day ordeal), this was actually a pleasure. And, bottom line, I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. More

I initially came to look at a 2007 Jetta. Heritage offered a fair trade on my old caar and I got as far as purchasing the vehicle before some misunderstandings came to light regarding specific feature offered a fair trade on my old caar and I got as far as purchasing the vehicle before some misunderstandings came to light regarding specific features. These problems were regrettable, but Mike and his manager were helpful and professional in offering several satisfactory ways to resolve the situation. At no time was I pressured to accept an unsatisfactory situation. Ultimately, we swapped the vehicle for a 2007 GTI with which I'm generally happy. Problems are just a part of life, so it's good to know that this dealer will work in good faith to resolve things constructively. I left satisfied. I have a couple of minor warranty issues to bring up at the next service so I'll come back and update this review at that time. More
