The last 2 times I have had it detailed the leather has been streaked, still full of sand and dog hair, even no i was no charged from the bad detail job before, this was still bad. I will just have it detailed somewhere else and get my monies worth More

Corrected another shops issues Had vehucle towed from Aamco in Newnan. Mechanics in Newnan could not repair over heating issue that they had created when completing transmission iss Had vehucle towed from Aamco in Newnan. Mechanics in Newnan could not repair over heating issue that they had created when completing transmission issue. Heritage had my car 2.5 days with no more issues. I will not take my Jetta to any other shop in the future. They were awesome in all aspects of the service experience. More

120k mile service I set up my appt online yesterday with ease. Arrived on time this morning & was greeted by Matt who helped get me started. I waited in the internet lo I set up my appt online yesterday with ease. Arrived on time this morning & was greeted by Matt who helped get me started. I waited in the internet lounge, so I could work, for four hours while my 2012 Passat was serviced. I got a detailed list of the services provided and the future services recommended based on my inspection. It's pricey to have a 7 year old car, but it's even pricier to buy a new one. Look somewhere else For starters they sold us a 2015 VW passat it was used yes, but it had only 40000+ miles, within 6 months the car started failing, they told us that w For starters they sold us a 2015 VW passat it was used yes, but it had only 40000+ miles, within 6 months the car started failing, they told us that we will receive oil change free for life, #nottrue, when we were due for the first oil change the service manager said “I don't know why they are telling that to people” if you go for a oil change be prepared for staying at least 3 hours, I don't understand how I got there at 8 am and they didn't respect my time in line, I called, I made my appointment I was there on time and they still the helped other people first, is it because I’m hispanic? Because I’m a citizen too you know. Also don’t even think in talking to the service manager, he is way to busy watching his baseball game. More
