Check Engine Light I was impressed because they seemed to have gotten the problem taken care of, but I just found out that I will be going back. They got the check engine light off, but it just came back on 4 hours after picking it up. So I am not sure what is going on with the light. I am glad they said it was all covered under warranty and didn’t charge me anything. I just want to be sure the problem was really taken care of. I don’t know the names of any of the employees it was my first time there. More

Satisfaction Not Guaranteed I am so getting over a Volkswagen dealerships in Georgia. I transferred my business to this dealership after having a pretty horrible experience wit I am so getting over a Volkswagen dealerships in Georgia. I transferred my business to this dealership after having a pretty horrible experience with Stone Mountain Volkswagen dealership. So far I have returned my vehicle to them twice for the same exact issue. This was after trying to get in contact with them for months with no satisfaction, no returned phone calls and they still haven’t fixed my issue. They had the audacity to ask me to come back so that they can fix the problem but didn’t have the decency to tell me until I asked them if my problem had been resolved and I paid thousands of dollars to have the work done. I had an appointment to bring my vehicle in and have this issue resolved but had to bring my two small grandchildren taking five hours out of my day for nothing!!! More

They had my vehicle for 2 weeks to do a repair that took less than 8 hours. The attitudes of some of the service team members is unprofessional and they are very untruthful. Thank you for my repairs but no thank you, in me ever returning again. I will take my vehicle to another service department an hour away before I come back here again. More

50/50 bad diasnostics. They recommended me to change a filter that had already changed one month ago. They told me that the engine light on the screen of bad diasnostics. They told me that the engine light on the screen of my car went on and off, which they recommended that I had to pay to be diasnostic. I have never seen any light, that has to do with the engine. Now I have driven, after the oil change, 250 miles and no lights have been turned on. More
