Heritage makes servicing times pleasent! Jermald was VERY informative and even though it isnt the best time for me to do all the services that was recommended for my vehicle(2016 Jetta), he l Jermald was VERY informative and even though it isnt the best time for me to do all the services that was recommended for my vehicle(2016 Jetta), he let me know what was most important and to come back when I was ready! Cross country trip I was traveling through Atlanta on day 1 of a 2 day road trip when I realized the brakes on my son’s car were bad. We stopped at Heritage Volkswagen 4 I was traveling through Atlanta on day 1 of a 2 day road trip when I realized the brakes on my son’s car were bad. We stopped at Heritage Volkswagen 45 minutes before the service department closed. Tatianna immediately ran back to the service department to get a mechanic to work on it in hopes of getting us right back on the road. Unfortunately it needed parts so repair wasn’t completed until the next day. We were given a loaner car and helped with finding a hotel. Thanks for getting us back on the road. Tatianna was awesome, friendly, helpful, and kept us informed at all times. Great Job. More

His communication was top notch. I wasn’t going to bring my car there again because of my last visit but he definitely changed our mind. Also, a big thank you to CJ for all of his help. I’m very happy with my repairs and the turn around time fixing it. Oh and Destin needs a raise. He has been the most polite and helpful young man. And that’s EVER time I’ve seen him.
