I had just purchased a used CC so I wanted it inspected as well and for the most part already knew what the issues were and I was just looking for confirmation. One thing noticed later after leaving the dealership was they put the wrong oil sticker change date and mileage in the window. I would go back back because I trusted their opinions on the work that needed to be done. It’s the amount it cost that I have a problem with. More

Best customer service in town I have been a VW customer for 6 years. I am never disappointed each time I visit the dealership. Everyone knows me by name. I needed a ride back to the dealership. The courtesy driver was assisting another customer and not available. Tatiana treated me like VIP. She scheduled for an Uber driver to pick me up. I’ve also had great service from Bryant and the manager Deb. I enjoy being a customer and couldn’t see myself owning another vehicle because of the great team at Heritage VW. More
Missing parts and loose parts after service VW Jetta TDI dropped off for service due to check engine light on. The dealership had the vehicle for 3 days which is no issue because they worked it VW Jetta TDI dropped off for service due to check engine light on. The dealership had the vehicle for 3 days which is no issue because they worked it out to provide a loaner. Advisor called last Friday and stated vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at 5:30 to pick up vehicle. While in the service isle, I decided to open the hood and do a visual inspection. What I found was they replaced the diesel particulate filter and left the top bolt out, wiring harnesses not secured to the firewall in the original clips, vacuum lines not secure in the original clips, and one screw from part of the intake system downstream from the air filter loose and sticking up about 2 inches. The engine cover was also not properly installed 3 out of four points were attached. And this is just what I could see. Who knows if the tech used a torque wrench for the band clamp at the turbo or used one when installing the intake manifold per the shop manual. Very sloppy work to say the least. The last time the vehicle was in was for the 90k service and it went back to the shop three times because the tech had oil all down the front of the engine and laying on the close out panel beneath the engine from the oil filter change (shop towels are a great tool for this when used as a preventive measure), oil and grease hand prints on the engine cover with oil spilled at the fill cap and all over that side of the engine cowl area from who knows what. The customer service folks always want to make it right. I prefer the same service advisor at each visit because his piece is always correct. Unfortunately he has to deal with distracted, inattentive techs and with less than stellar work practices. Bottom line is great A+ customer service folks have to rely on C techs for what ever reason. I would welcome an opportunity to meet with the owner to discuss my experience. No techs were available to immediately correct the issues so an additional trip will be necessary. Vehicles need to be mechanically sound before returned to customers and this visit fell short. More

Awesome experience The most difficult part of this visit was trying to make the appointment. Other than that everyone and everything was great.
