I will be most likely be going back to them.I felt that they should have explained their process as I was left wondering several times. Also asked a few questions and was lead to believe some things that were not true.Also knowingly I paid for a program the I knew was a freebie to them that was put on bill and not mentioned my fault it should have been deleted by me.Later I was asked to split a cost after it had been agreed on much earlier out of my faulty kindness we did this. Also being a cash deal I should have expected a better deal.I'm old school and still want to believe in fairness.This was a big wake up recall for me and have to remember a business is still a business! I was in a bind needing to leave for Texas. I had been in Umatilla for 6 weeks and needed to come home. With extreme short notice Roberto and the Tech got together to fix my truck in 2 days.
