Herrin-Gear Chevrolet

I go to the dealership on 01/30/2012 at Herrin Gear to look for a vehicle, walk around the lot for 20 minutes to see if anyone would come out of their office,goes into Herrin Gear and ask for a particluar look for a vehicle, walk around the lot for 20 minutes to see if anyone would come out of their office,goes into Herrin Gear and ask for a particluar salesman, he came over, I introduced myself and told him who refferred me to him, he shook my hand and told me that he has been real busy, walked off and I didnt see him no more after I stood there and waited for him abouit 15 minutes. So I took upon myself to drive around the lot to see if any other salesman was on the lot, come to find out no one is out on the lot, but salesman standing outside the door talking to each other. Come to find out when I was driving around on the lot there was a salesman sleep in one of the vehicle. I have had two bad expierence with Herrin Gear after I purchase a car there back in the past and family who have purchased cars there. Man, what is this world coming to, you have to find a saleman to spend your money. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Herrin Gear period. More

I have dealt with this company for 11 years, bought five vehicles, then got treated like garbage. Took them five days to work on a deal, but I suspect on the third day they had already sold the vehicle I w vehicles, then got treated like garbage. I can see where a mistake in selling the vehicle can be made, but at least tell me the truth. More
