Excellent customer care from service advisor, Randy When I arrived for my appointment Randy was quickly available after the service Manager James greeted me. Randy pleasantly greeted me and had my loan When I arrived for my appointment Randy was quickly available after the service Manager James greeted me. Randy pleasantly greeted me and had my loaner car ready for me. I quickly took care of the paperwork and was told that they would call when my car was ready after the scheduled oil change and tire rotation. True to their word, Randy called and said my car was ready. I was in the middle of something at work and asked if I could delay the pickup a couple of hours. He was very agreeable to that and I felt no pressure to get the loaner back after I finished my task at my office. I will always ask for Randy to help me in the future. I think I am in good hands with him. More
