(Would have been my 6th)I knew when the salesman came out complaining that I had gotten my oil changed at Valvoleen that it wasn’t going to be a pleasant visit, even though they used the same oil as the dealership. It was in excellent condition, new tires and battery. He offered me $17,000 which was way below any price my banker had keyed in. Needless to say, I left...I pulled in Patty Peck on a whim to look at a Pilot. They offered me $21,000 for my car...$4000 DIFFERENCE! Also, told me that it was the cleanest 2013 they had ever seen! . You just lost a long-time customer! More
