Herrin-Gear Lexus

Broken cup holder and lost gear shift cover I recently moved to this area. I had to have my car picked up and serviced. Herrin Gear is the only Lexus Dealer in the area. After I got my car ba I recently moved to this area. I had to have my car picked up and serviced. Herrin Gear is the only Lexus Dealer in the area. After I got my car back, I realized that the cover for my gear shift release was missing and my cup holder was broken. I called several times and sent several emails. They were non responsive. I contacted Lexus Corporate. They refused to respond to the damages they did to my car. So it will cost me over $400.00 to repair the damage that was done while they had my car. I have previously done business with Park Place Lexus in Plano Texas. The Service and response the 100% different. More
