Eric Rossa is a good listener, made my priorities his top concerns and never attempted to steer me in a direction I did not want to go in. He helped me select the perfect car for my needs. I am EXTREMELY happy with my new 2017 Honda HR-V! He and Justin Menzies worked hard to secure an HR-V with a 6-speed manual transmission that I specifically wanted. And they delivered! I had originally thought I wanted a Subaru but decided to visit Herson's first. I am so glad I did! I received excellent value for the money and wonderful customer service from each person I encountered (Eric, Justin and Ted). They were professional, thoughtful and gave me the impression that my patronage really mattered. In truth, this is the 3rd Honda my family has purchased from Herson's. My father bought two Accord's over the years; my mother still drives one of them. In a manner of speaking, Honda cars sell themselves. But honestly, it was Eric Rossa that got me to the table.
