They are always prompt to start servicing you and keep you in the loop with all the services they are providing to you and your car. My most recent visit, Cesar was the best customer service person to help me so far. He was very informative with the information he was giving and always confirmed with me on any decisions I was making for my car. After everything was done, he gave me another summary of everything that happened during the visit and the future maintenance schedule. Very helpful and hope he helps me again in the future. More

Because the service department was full he arranged an appointment for me 6;30 AM the next morning. I dropped the car off the next morning and they provided me with transportation. What most impressive me about Carl and Hersons was Carl treated my 2002 CIVIC the same as they were treating the new cars coming in for service. Thanks Carl More
