Professionalism and Courtesy We were looking for a 4-door sedan and Aaron helped us evaluate the 2016 Accord. One thing I will sincerely state is that Aaron was a perfect adviser We were looking for a 4-door sedan and Aaron helped us evaluate the 2016 Accord. One thing I will sincerely state is that Aaron was a perfect adviser to us in this process. Even if you've narrowed down to two or three cars, the choices for each car are seemingly endless. Aaron helped us focus on the one trim level that covered the features we wanted. He was generous with his time; we visited three times during this process. When we wanted to see what a color looked like, he didn't give us the brochure; he brought the car out front for us to look at. He touched base several times over the phone during the process, never being a nuisance but always signalling that he was available to help inform. We ultimately chose a non-Honda car because we decided that 4WD was a feature we wanted and wasn't available on the Accord. It was a bittersweet decision because while we ultimately got the right car for us, we didn't buy it from Aaron, who was easily the most professional, gracious and pleasant sales person we met during our car shopping experience.
