My sales This is a customer who purchase a 2015 HONDA ODYSSEY 2 days ago. I want to you to be aware that I am unhappy with the post sales proceeding. My sales person was Miss Tammy. I had few list of accessories, when I was negotiating the deal of which Splash guard was one of them. I did see that missing when I was signing the papers and specifically asked your sales person that , "I see all the accessories except splash guard". She replied saying, "It will be taken care and I will pass the information to Services department". I asked her again before I left (finishing all the paperwork), to ensure that it is not missed, for which she said - "I will make sure that its there". I made an appointment yesterday for installation of accessories. I got the email saying " All the following parts will be installed, in which splash guard was missing". I immediately called your services department (Miss. Anna) and she said I need to speak with Sales. Miss Anna called me back later saying that "The deal doesnt mention it and we are unable to assist". She also asked me to approach the sales person and clarify the confusion. I tried to get hold of her but was unsuccessful. I came today morning to drop the car and meet Tammy to resolve things but she wasn't there and was told "She will be at 3:00 pm". I dropped the car and tried to call her around 3:00 pm but she will not return my call. I have to leave office just for this and came to your dealership around 4:00 pm. I met her and she was unable to answer my question and she asked me to speak with Noah( her Manager). I tried to explain him the situation and he was not interested to listen and said "Tammy doesnt lie" , which really provoked me. I explained them , I asked Tammy twice before leaving the dealership on the "Splash guard" but he didn't bother. When I said, I am leaving unhappy after doing business with you guys , he replied saying " You could have done it elsewhere". I trusted you guys and believed your words and I regret it now. I was really happy with the way thing went during sales - faster paperwork and prompt response but this situation made things down hill. I really request you to assist me here and make my experience smooth and pleasant. Update: Chris took care of me and assisted me in installing the splash guard for free Kudos to him for understanding a customer pain I am going rate them to 4 star , just because of the issue though Thanks Chris More
Quick and Painless We went in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted quickly by a salesperson. Test drove a car similar to the one we wanted; Aaron was knowledgeable about the CR-V and the changes between the model we already have and the one we were looking at. We had a particular color and model in mind, and he was able to locate the car we wanted as it had just arrived at the dealership. Price negotiation was easy - I had a price in mind (I'm not into hard negotiations that squeeze every penny out of a deal - I just want a fair deal), which Aaron was able to get approved quickly. We test drove the car we wanted to make sure everything was good, got through the paperwork fairly quickly and drove off with the new car. Easy process. More
Worst car dealership This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Not only did I get into an argument with a rude financier when buying my car because his shift w This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Not only did I get into an argument with a rude financier when buying my car because his shift was already over but I also sat for 2 hours and paid $130 for what was suppose to be a tire change but instead they just filled up my punctured tire with air. They are the least professional dealership and I regret ever doing business with them. They are a joke. More
Collision Center I took my car to the collision center for repairs and they were great. He took time out of his day - he had 4 other people waiting to speak with and in talking with me he took the time to explain things to me. He didn't rush me and took my concerns seriously as if my car was his own. I would definitely recommend Herson's Honda Collision center to anyone needing body work. They are truly awesome!! Thank you again for fixing my car and taking my concerns to heart. More
Advice: don't insult your customers to their face I have never, as a customer, been insulted to my face by the person trying to sell me something as I was at Herson's. After spending 3 hours at the dealership, finding a car, and getting to the point of signing paperwork and paying for the vehicle, there was a <$200 discrepancy between the amount determined as 'due at signing' and what they were now asking. When I asked them to go back and review the numbers we'd previously reviewed together, I was told - and this is a quote - "well, if you can't do math" then you should take your business to another dealer.Someone just won worst salesperson of the year (it's not 1954 anymore) More

Amazing customer service Carl Salazar is an amazing service consultant. I brought my '07 Civic in because the AC wasn't working and the axils needed to be fixed.
