THANK YOU ZACH M.!!! I wanted to test drive a new Fit, since I drove my old '01 Civic practically to the ground. Zach pleasantly greeted and showed me the Fit EX and we w I wanted to test drive a new Fit, since I drove my old '01 Civic practically to the ground. Zach pleasantly greeted and showed me the Fit EX and we went for a test drive. He told me that the Fit does come in yellow, though, they didn't have an LX or EX in stock at the time. I refused to get another color as I really wanted yellow. I went to a competitor's dealership in Bethesda on the ruse that they had a yellow Fit LX available. They kept pushing the EX and I felt pressured there to buy. Then, Zach called with great news that they had a yellow Fit LX and to come by! I couldn't be happier! He was never pushy to buy, nor was he making me anxious about purchasing or leasing. He was so easy-going, honest and amenable that I definitely wanted to give him my business over the other guys! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I'm so super happy with my purchase and with Zach, I can't sing his praises enough! THANK YOU! More

I've helped numerous people buy cars, and every time there's always some stereotypical sales game, and the usual haggling process that turns most car buying experiences into a nightmare. In fact, just a few days ago, I had a dealer promise me a car was on the lot, after I told him to be sure because I was driving an hour to go see it. And then of course, it was just "sold" when I got there. I wrote badly about them, but my experience at Herson's Honda was the complete opposite. I came interested in buying a new 2014 Honda Accord Coupe and was greeted by Elijah at the front door. I asked him if he was familiar with the Costco Auto Buying program and asked to see what kind of price they were offering through that program. I had also talked with an internet sales specialist from Herson's just an hour beforehand, so I had another price to cross reference with as well. Unfortunately, the Costco price was more than the internet sales price, but we gave them a hardline price and said we'd buy it today if they agreed. This whole process took maybe 15 minutes, and we were done with negotiations. Our offer was accepted, we went to check out the car and take it for a spin, and all that was left was to settle on the financing. We walked into the dealership around 3pm and drove out with a new car around 7:30pm. It was that smooth. No headaches, no fuss. On top of a great buying experience, Herson's even had the license hard plates and registration ready for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the MVA afterwards. They also include 2 years of free maintenance, and Elijah gave us some free Honda swag they had on hand. I've never had a smoother and more enjoyable car buying experience. I highly recommend Herson's Honda, and especially Elijah. More

Excellent Customer Service w/Excellent Prices Matt greeted me initially as I browsed the lot. After explaining what I was interested in, Matt gladly grabbed a set of keys and handed them to me. Test drive was great as we went through some city driving, around some back roads, and back along the highway. Most dealers want to take you for a 30 second spin around the block. Matt was able to work with George to offer me an excellent price on the car I was interested in. Overall, great experience with Herson's Honda. I look forward to doing future business with them. More
