We just purchased a vehicle from Herson’s Honda. We had a very good experience and are very pleased with our new Pilot. Our salesperson, Aaron Phillips, is always wonderful to deal with—he’s very responsive, absolutely knows his stuff, doesn’t pressure you into anything you don’t want or aren’t interested in, and moves the whole process along quickly and efficiently. I really can’t imagine going anywhere else to get our Hondas or to get them serviced! More

We’ve had several issues with HERSONS but I’ll start with the most recent 2/4/2020. I think the dirty car salesman reputation must’ve been coined just for people like CJ (OMAR TASHMAN)! My dad is 71 years ol the most recent 2/4/2020. I think the dirty car salesman reputation must’ve been coined just for people like CJ (OMAR TASHMAN)! My dad is 71 years old and a lifelong owner of Honda’s so we are a family of Honda’s. My dad went in to get another car leased, he realized when he got home he was uncomfortable driving it so we called the dealer literally within the hour and asked if we could return it or do a exchange or trade it in for a different car since the financing didn’t go through yet; the lady in finance said she could put it on hold until we spoke to the manager CJ (Omar Tashman). The next day around 4pm (24hrs after purchase) he calls us and proceeds to tell us nothing can be done , he can’t return it or trade it in for something else until 30 DAYS LATER; he emphasized the 30 days over and over again. He said bring it in 30 days and he will personally discount him try to give him a good deal on another car. The next day, my dad got some info from my uncle in nyc that something didn’t seem right about the 30 days, it seems like he’s screwing your over so we called CRISWELL in Germantown explained the situation. COME TO FIND OUT THIS MAN CJ DID US DIRTY!! Not only did he over price the Honda Pilot (price of a fully loaded truck) but he literally MISREPRESENTED & MISLEAD CUSTOMERS FOR HIS OWN GAINS! Who does that? Are we in United States of America or a third world country? How is that legal? This is predatory and insane that hersons has employed someone like this! Guess what CJ, you’re not getting your cut from this deal, we went to Criswell to unf**k your HORRENDOUS DEAL! ABSOLUTELY ASININE! TO ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE COMPARE TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS! Don’t even take my word for it just go to multiple dealerships don’t trust hersons outright! I don’t want this to happen to someone else! More

My 2017 CRV has done A1&A2 maintenance, but it couldn’t start after 2 weeks. They told me battery is fine and couldn’t reproduce the failure. After 2 weeks, it couldn’t start again.
