Amazing car buying experience with Aaron!!! I started my car shopping process in May of 2017. I walked into Herson's and was paired up with Aaron. From the start, Aaron was extremely friendly an I started my car shopping process in May of 2017. I walked into Herson's and was paired up with Aaron. From the start, Aaron was extremely friendly and relaxed. I had come from another dealership (Mazda) before going to Herson's and found the other salesman too desperate. Aaron showed me the 2017 Honda CR-V I inquired about, went on a test drive with me, and sat down to discuss pricing. I was open and upfront with Aaron about wanting to save some more money for a down payment and told him I would most certainly be back. He didn't make me feel bad or try to run after me when I left. I've heard horror stories of salesman doing that! Aaron and I stayed in touch in the months after and when it was time to make my purchase in November I knew he would make it an easy process. And he did not disappoint. The sales manager, Justin, was also amazing to work with. He came over and introduced himself and told me if I needed anything to let him know. I could tell that he had a great working relationship with Aaron and that he knew we were in good hands. The paperwork was quick and painless from start to finish. Ted in Finance made everything easy to understand and was patient when I had a tough time making decisions. I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2018 Honda CR-V and I am so happy with my decision. I will be recommending Aaron, Justin and Herson's to all of my friends and family. More
