A very pleasant car buying experience We had an appointment with Alpha but Eric took care of us when we arrived at Hersons. He gave us ample time to discuss our options. We briefly worked with Alpha. Kurtis was also knowledgeable and thorough but after the purchase, I could not get a hold of him to ask about a payment inquiry but I managed to figure out what to do. Just the same big thank you all of you. I am very pleased with my CRV-AWD EX-L. My family is a Honda Loyalists and I have personally owned Honda cars since 1980. Great buying experience I was able to get a new Honda Accord. Tony was really knowledgeable and helpful, but it took a while before we finished the whole transaction because I was able to get a new Honda Accord. They were all rude, unhelpful, and condescending. After purchasing my car and having some finance questions and concerns, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone- called 10 times was give four different voicemails and it took 2.5 weeks for one of the four voicemails I left to be returned. In the meantime I had gone in person to the dealershiper to get my questions answered. Terrible customer service from the finance department. Thank goodness I was able to refinance my car with a better bank and no longer have to deal with this Honda Dealership Finance team. More
