Fantastic sales representative Rahiem Dorsey was our sales representative and he was wonderful. Rahiem walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions in a Rahiem Dorsey was our sales representative and he was wonderful. Rahiem walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions in a professional, calm, and thoughtful manner. He worked with us on Saturday for about one hour and we told him that we wanted to go home and think about it and he totally understood. We came back the next day and Rahiem then walked us through the entire procurement process. His knowledge of the CRV was amazing especially given that it has an enormous amount of technological upgrades over the previous model. I would recommend Rahiem to any customer thinking about buying a new car. Rahiem even delivered the car to our house the next evening so that it could be detailed because the evening that we completed the deal it was late and the detailing team had gone home for the day. We also dealt with the finance team and they were OK, however we did have a few questions and concerns afterwards and it was quite difficult to get a member of the finance team to call us back. As a matter of fact, we are STILL waiting for them to call us back. Overall, I would recommend the sales team without pause, but you may have to exercise patience with the finance folks as they don't seem to be as thorough as Rahiem and his team. Or you could finance through your bank or credit union and avoid dealing with the finance staff altogether. More

Another excellent service review Took my Honda Pilot for its 1st year maintenance schedule service. Called on Monday and was able to get an early Saturday appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Omar happily greeted me at my car. Gave me an excellent detailed overview of what a B16 maintenance service is and how long it will take. He told me about the amenities that was available while I waited for my vehicle and told me if I had any questions where he could be found. After my car was serviced Omar again went over what was done and the status of my car. I really appreciated all the attention to detail he gave me and the excellent hands on service he provided.
