The passenger's side back seat latch release was broken on my 2018 Rubicon. It was a warranty job. It took Hertrich 3 times to fix it. The last time I picked it up, the interior was dirty from their work, the exterior had a new ding and while discussing these things with an employee in the parking lot, he put his hand on the side mirror of my other vehicle (2017 Nissan 370Z) I used to pick up the Jeep and leaned against it. I had to ask him not to lean on my car.
Too many indications they don't care about their work or their customer's possessions.
My service rep. Fran was awesome, though, but not good enough for me to come back for routine service.
