- allyn515The passenger's side back seat latch release was broken on my 2018 Rubicon. It was a warranty job. It took Hertrich 3 times to fix it. The last time I picked it up, the interior was dirty from their work, the exterior had a new ding and while discussing these things with an employee in the parking lot, he put his hand on the side mirror of my other vehicle (2017 Nissan 370Z) I used to pick up the Jeep and leaned against it. I had to ask him not to lean on my car. Too many indications they don't care about their work or their customer's possessions. My service rep. Fran was awesome, though, but not good enough for me to come back for routine service.

- JRLWALPOLESEmployee at the second desk is ALWAYS and was extremely rude. He barked over the gentleman helping us, interrupted and did not explain his frustrations. He needs to take a course in customer service and learn how to work with the general public. The other employee who helped us was informative and kind & we appreciate his helping us- and was apologetic for the other employee’s rude behaviors.

- the4migsI made a 1 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation - I said that I would be waiting at the dealership for the service. I was there 15 minutes early. It took over 1 1/2 hours for this service. In addition, I told the service man to use synthetic blend oil, just like they did my prior oil change. They put in full synthetic oil. Not a good experience.
