Outstanding service from beginning to end. I was experiencing car owner xxxx with my 2005 Sentra with constant maintenance issues so I took it to Hertrich Nissan to verify what looked like leak I was experiencing car owner xxxx with my 2005 Sentra with constant maintenance issues so I took it to Hertrich Nissan to verify what looked like leaks in my driveway. But I couldn't tell where they were coming from. I told service personnel Amber I wanted to check a thorough multi-point inspection. Within the hour, she informed me that the seals were leaking under the front and rear axles and how much it would cost. She said it was a 7 hour job. I could not afford to stay and wait so she after checking the courtesy shuttle availability, directed me instead to the customer service area where I was approved for a loaner. I am so grateful for that courtesy extended to me in my time of transportation need. It was a beautiful car and far exceeded my own expectations! Got called for pickup the following morning Fri. 3-22. Looked on your website and after I saw the car I wanted if available, I planned to trade in my old car for the newer model 2015 Sentra. Needless to say, I was surprised to not only be able to get a deal done, but in far less time than I ever thought!! The saleswoman Whitney Westover ( my 1st experience with a female salesperson in a dealership) was first class. She made my wife and I welcome and comfortable. Whitney then took my basic info. and gave me the key to test drive the car. She answered my questions easily and effortlessly explaining details when needed. Whitney was professional, friendly, personable, honest and a pleasure to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about how everything worked and it was a completely enjoyable experience! I remember thinking" this is how a car buying experience should be at a dealership". I was very impressed with her no pressure style and have posted on social media that if anyone of my 375 contacts needs a vehicle and in the Dover, DE. area to check out HERTRICH CAPITOL NISSAN and to insist on speaking with WHITNEY. Truly she did an outstanding job and made everything so easy and yes, even fun! Highly commend and recommend Whitney for excellent service from start to finish. My prior experience at another dealership took 6 hours and I was deceived with the bad battery that was installed in the car by a sneaky salesman. Whitney and Jerry (of finance) cut that time in half! I will continue to highly recommend Hertrich Nissan to everyone I know. Jerry also did a terrific job of explaining all details and left nothing to chance or question. Again, NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS OR DECEPTION of any kind from your staff. It was a game changer for myself and could not be happier. THANK YOU! More
