I went to the dealership to just window shop; however, after getting there I felt it was a good time to take advantage of the sales. The sales person was not at all pushy as I've had in the past. The financing went without a hitch: process was quick and painless. I expected a long wait time; however, that was not the case. What I told them I wanted in a purchase, I got. I was literally shocked but happy. Because it was a Sunday; they had to detail my car the next morning and delivered it to my door at the time they agreed to. This is my second purchase from Hertrich Nissan. The service they give is exceptional. And I accredit my purchase that day to the sales person who did such an amazing job! Kudos to her! More
