Hertz provided the car model I wanted with a car that was originally purchased 14 months ago so it still had much of the manufacturer's warranty remaining. As soon as I put down a deposit Zach took it off line because it was going to be a few days until I could make to Billings to inspect and decide to purchase it. Purchasing was easy too. I got what I wanted for thousands of dollars less than a new car. More

It was time consuming, but in the end such a great experience. It feels great to know that if you have an issue, all you have to do is call and they will make it right! Very great experience Kevin at Hertz was very pleasant. He didn’t pressure us at all. He told us to drive as many vehicles as we want to find the one that we like the most. Unbelieveable service!! I sent an email inquiring about a vehicle. Jade called me within the hour. Setup a time to drive the car. Filled out the app online. Thanks to Brad and Hertz, for the first time ever, I am not only thrilled with my vehicle, but confident I made the right choice. It’s rare these days to feel like someone, (especially a car salesman) genuinely cares about you and wants the best for you. I felt this with Brad. In fact, the second he got the Jeep Rubicon I had been looking for, he called me and drove it to my house. We went for a test drive and it’s no surprise, I was smitten. It was exactly what wanted and the pricetag was on point. What was once a stressful and overwhelming process, was a cake walk with Brad. I run my own business and have two children so my time is precious. Everything from financing (Mark was fantastic!) to breaking down numbers to getting my previous vehicle paid off was done with a sense of urgency and integrity. I can’t say enough about the simplicity of the process and the obvious fact that Hertz must be a great company to work for. The place oozes with good energy and happy, customer-driven people.
