I’d always heard great things about Hertz and after finding a great condition & great deal on a Kia Soul, I now understood why Hertz is rated so highly. We scheduled a time to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeting instantly by another salesman with a great attitude. Eddie showed us a few different vehicles both in and around our price range. He spoke to us not at us. He understood that we were needing a reliable spacious vehicle for our expanding family. Eddie showed the pros and cons to each vehicle which really helped us make the correct decision. We didn’t feel pressured at any point.
