Their Volvo service center is outstanding. Even though I've had some good dealer service experiences in my time, HZ Volvo is a Hilton compared to those Holiday Inns. Not only did they take care of the problem promptly, they also offered to shuttle me back to my house while they were working on my vehicle. A few short hours later, Doug had the shuttle come and pick me up from my home and drive me back to pick up the car. The car was washed and ready to go without any questions. Bottom line is, Douglas and the service team at Herzog-Meier Volvo truly care about their customers and their craft. As frustrating as auto problems are, Douglas always does his best to accommodate his customers and truly makes the experience more enjoyable.
