Yesterday, May 21, 2013 was the first time that I had to take our VW in for servicing. My husband usually takes care of making the appointments and taking the vehicles in for servicing. She checked me in when I arrived at the dealership and was there when I came back at the end of the day to pick up my vehicle. She was so helpful and friendly. I look forward to my future visits to Herzog-Meier VW service department because of Kristen. What an asset to Herzog-Meier. More
We live rurally, outside the dealership's normal service area. Our service adviser, Kristen Robinson, scheduled our service appointment so that the service work could be completed within a single da service area. After the scheduled work was completed, she also was able to schedule two other pieces of work: replacement of a brake light and an oil change. Kristen also arranged for shuttle service for us to a nearby shopping center, where we ate lunch, shopped at the Mac computer store, and bought some books. Kristen kept us informed at all important parts of the service process. Lastly, she had our car washed. Thank you Kristen for helping us with our Volkswagen service at Herzog-Meier. More
I took my car in because something was not right with the engine. The customer service was excellent! I visited Herzog Meier Volkswagen for the first time to see the new Tiguan(WOW)and it my visit turned out to be low stress and high on fun. As my earlier review noted, part of the reason my wife and I found this so distressing is that we drove four hours to the dealership because the deal was so good. After writing to the managers listed on the dealer website, I was contacted by Yeon Kim, one of their managers, who honored close enough to the original deal to satisfy my wife and myself. Furthermore, he had the car delivered to me in Washington. Though the problem could have been avoided had the salesman and floor manager honored the written quote when we arrived, we are VERY SATISFIED with how the dealership stepped up and did the right thing in the end. More

Very professional and quick staff. Even on a Saturday the service team was willing to drop me off at the shopping center, while I was waiting. Within a couple days of purchasing a used Volvo, i was contacted by Douglas Smith to alert me of a pending warranty issue and they wanted to get me scheduled right away to get it taken care of. We set up an appointment date, he was very clear on the phone that he would need the car for 4hours and he arranged for me to use a loaner car. I got to the dealership and a service employee opened the door for me as I approached, wished me a good morning and a smile - the guy behind the counter was Douglas Smith who acknowledged me by name and had all the paperwork ready to go. He just needed a couple of signatures and I would be on my way with a (equal in quality of my own car) loaner full of fuel. He also asked if I would like my car washed while they had it - I had a smarty pants answer of "what's that gonna cost me?" He said its a courtesy, we will wash your car when we are done and you'll get your car back all clean. WOW, very impressive. It was a great experience, your team if VERY friendly - I have been to many other dealerships for service and have NEVER been treated this politely. I live in Vancouver, WA and this is quite a drive for me to go to this dealership - in fact, passing a much closer dealership with less than attentive employees. I will forever bring my Volvo to Herzog-Meier for Service. Thank you for making this such a great experience Doug Smith. You and the rest of your team have earned a customer for life. More
