From the moment we arrived on the lot, we were introduced to Thomas (by his manager) and he was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He answered all of our questions and offered for us to take t to Thomas (by his manager) and he was very professional and helpful from the beginning. He answered all of our questions and offered for us to take the Equinox for a drive. He wasted no time talking us through the negotiation and meeting our expectations. On the day of pick up, Thomas made sure the car was spotless and the paperwork was ready to go to ensure everything went quick and smooth. Since leaving the lot with our new Equinox, Thomas has checked in with us to make sure we didn’t have any additional questions and to ensure that we were enjoying our new vehicle. This was the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and we recommend Hessert to anyone looking for a new car! More
My car was there on last Saturday for an oil change and requested a multipoint inspection.
