Ladies and Gentlemen, First of all, I'd like to thank you for considering my case. Forgive me for taking so long to reply to your e-mail, because first I had to think and calm down a bit. Here's a summary of the situation : I love the Chevrolet brand. I just bought my second Chevrolet in last September, as a prelude to my birthday, which I was supposed to celebrate on October 29, 2025. And then, as if by magic, your team ruined everything, making me buy a car with much less technology than the one I had before. When I spoke to them about it, they told me that my choice had already been made, since I had already signed the papers. It's worth noting that I hadn't even had a chance to do the test drive. They took advantage of me, making me believe something that is not the case at all. Now I find myself driving around in a car I don't like, that I'm obliged to pay for, and it's all because of your team who abused my trust.
