My car arrived a week earlier than expected, and Joey even came in on his day off so that I could finalize the deal on a day that fit my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price I was quoted online, was still the price upon delivery. No funny business, no surprise extra charges, no high pressure finance department. They took my deposit over the phone to hold it (they can't keep them on the lot since they are such an amazing vehicle!) and got the couple other accessories I wanted installed the following day for me. Patti was such a sweetheart, very personable, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone coming to Heuberger to go and see her. On the financing side, Dawn was very low pressure, recommended valuable products to protect my vehicle well into the future, and a very laid back individual. It wasn't all business, but rather, it was more personal with the added business talk. We talked about our families and interests; we found things we had in common. My overall experience with the Heuberger staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and willing to help and answer questions. They let me purchase at my own pace (nearly two months of deciding what vehicle I wanted to buy) and there was no pressure at any point during my interactions with them.
