We worked with Buzz again as well, and he makes the process go as fast as he can, which was great. We'll go again when my lease is up. More

Took my vehicle to Heuberger Subaru for an “Express” oil change. At drop off was quoted about an hour….3 hours later my vehicle was done. I understand things back up but had you relayed to me that things we change. At drop off was quoted about an hour….3 hours later my vehicle was done. I understand things back up but had you relayed to me that things were backed up at time of check in I would have come back at a later date/time to get service done. The $10 off my $120 dollars was not worth the 2 hours of my life that I will never get back waiting around your dealership. Won’t be back….literally would have been faster for me to drive to Groove Subaru where I originally bought the car to have an oil change done. More

Service takes a while but is understandable but to let my family know to buy a car at Subaru will be a no for me. Twice i bought a car there and i won't buy any car there anymore. The manager or the lady that made an appointment with me, doesn't care about their customers which is the vibe i got. I made an appointment to see a car the day before, instead of her telling me that it was too early for her and someone else can help me. She let me come in and stand there waiting for her like an idiot, and when i told her supervisor that, he gave me that ( I don't really care look) and vibe and of course gave me the same excuse i was given before since this wasn't the first time she did that. So no i won't ask my family or friends to go through the same thing i went through there and next time i buy a car will be somewhere i feel appreciated. More
