PAINLESS AND EFFICIENT I contacted Heuberger Subaru via the internet and Lyle Wikner responded the same day. I was looking for a Legacy 3.6r Limited and I had done my resea I contacted Heuberger Subaru via the internet and Lyle Wikner responded the same day. I was looking for a Legacy 3.6r Limited and I had done my research for months on the vehicle so I felt comfortable with options, color and how much to spend. Heuberger (Lyle) returned a quote UNDER what I expected to pay! When I visited the dealership, Lyle was ready with a vehicle for me to test drive, sitting out front, cleaned and all ready to go. He was very attentive, on time for my appointment, and listened to my concerns throughout the test drive. Although the exact configuration that I wanted was not on the lot during my visit, the ordering and delivery was about as painless as things can get. I had a few special requests that were all made without a fuss. Signing documents and reviewing warranties with Dawn Patterson was both quick and very informative. I had a problem with the local Colorado Springs roads (large pothole damage) and because of sound advice on extended warranties, I was completely covered for my incident. Thank you Heuberger for keeping faith in excellent customer service during and after a sale. You've earned a lifetime customer. My car arrived a week earlier than expected, and Joey even came in on his day off so that I could finalize the deal on a day that fit my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price I was quoted online, was still the price upon delivery. No funny business, no surprise extra charges, no high pressure finance department. Just the price we'd agreed upon. I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new Subaru strongly consider Heuberger.
