My previous car was on its last legs and I had to get a replacement. I went down to look at a 2014 Forester I had seen on Heuberger's Internet site. I drove it. It was a nice car, for sure. I decided to drive a 2015 -- and loved it. Jim Adams made the whole experience pretty low-pressured and very reasonable. I felt like they listened to my automobile needs -- the individualized and personalized attention -- and made it possible for me to drive away content with my purchase. The price was right, and we were able to get the financing for an acceptable deal. I would also like to commend the folks who prep the car before handing it over to the new owner. They were meticulous! In fact, they pulled the car out of the bay, checked it out with the better light of the afternoon sun, and pulled the car back into the bay for some last touch-ups and polishing! Awesome. More

First contact made through internet, ended up dealing with David Obrate. He is terrific - spent a lot of time with me figuring out option levels, talking me into some things, out of others. He is the first salesman I have run across that does not stand nose to nose with you so he can reach around and feel how fat (or thin) your wallet is. Once the car was figured out, the money part was easy - “this is the car we have, this is how much it is, this is how much we can give you for your trade in. This is the bottom line. What color would you like?” No wishey-washey, no haggling, no beating around the bush. Just like buying a candy bar. Refreshing. Delivered the car well, gave me a short crash course in programming the computer, with demonstrations. In the couple of weeks since delivery have gotten phone calls confirming my satisfaction, including an offer to have someone spend some time with me on the programming - I am no Bill Gates. Not used to such service - usually its grab the money and run. Car was clean and well detailed. Nice touches. Revisited the dealership as had a service question - they seemed to care, answered my question with pleasure. I have no problems with 5 stars. Only comment (not complaint): Car had 40lbs in each tire, not the 33-32 recommended, and coolant was at the “MIN” level. Have to wonder about other make-ready checks - wheel lug nut torque, for example. More

Buying my dream STI, with less than perfect credit history. They say to never meet your heroes, but I finally got to meet the STI I've been dreaming of for 10+ years and I have to say my experience with the car They say to never meet your heroes, but I finally got to meet the STI I've been dreaming of for 10+ years and I have to say my experience with the car, and Heuberger, vastly exceeds all of my expectations. Every step of the way was nothing less than an amazing experience. I first got a prompt phone call from Eric Fruits after submitting my inquiry online, who then took quite a bit of time letting me know the difference between all the STI models and what they had available. When I arrived at the dealership Eric was with another client (I was so excited I just showed up without any kind of appointment), but Wendy Masson was more than happy to show me the car in the mean time. She even let me at least start it up, which was awesome since they don't allow test drives on the STI, which anyone looking to buy that specific model instantly appreciates knowing they will be the first one to really drive the car any distance (odometer read 5 miles). I only went in planning to put some money down to hold the car until I figured out my financing situation (borrowing money from a relative). I never expected to qualify for credit because of past credit troubles. Both Eric and Wendy encouraged me to just give it a go and try, what was the worst that could happen? This actually really surprised me as when you are someone with past bad credit you get a feel for how banks and such tend to look at you, and here I was applying to buy one of the most coveted cars on the lot. What I got instead of the, "are you kidding?" look that I half expected, was nothing short of extraordinary. I was treated with utmost respect and Eric walked me through every part of the buying process, and even hung out with me and chatted at their cafe area while we waiting for word on financing to come through. I was never left in the dark and Eric was awesome about answering any questions that I had. My next stop was with Mike in finance who was able to get me approved, worked with me on a down payment to get my monthly payments into the range I wanted, and got me an amazing rate that I never expected to qualify for. I worked hard the past few years on improving my credit, and Heuberger worked very hard to get me an awesome loan. Mike got me all squared away to come in and pick up the car the next day when I had the down payment. I wasn't going to be able to make it in till later in the evening on Saturday and Eric said he was already going to be gone by then, but setup for someone to help. Eric even called me Saturday afternoon to find out what time I'd be there and made sure Skyler Short was there waiting to get me into my car. I had to go back today to pick up some paperwork I had forgotten and Eric was there waiting for me, I was in and out within a few minutes. On my way out he told me he would get in touch with the window tinting company, and literally within no time I had an appointment that would work with my work schedule. The entire experience has been amazing and I'm looking forward to going back, for any reason! The staff is wonderful, the dealership itself is fun and inviting, and I know that anytime I go in I'll be well taken care of, and so will my car. More
