Not the way I like shopping for a car by having a hoard of guys standing over you before you have even parked. Josh took his time to explain all the features of the car we were interested in and this was done before, during and after a test drive. We bought the car, finished the paperwork and when our vehicle was finished after detailing he again went through everything on the car again before we drove off the lot. I will be buying another car from Josh towards the end of the year as his way of being a salesman is what my wife and I expect from a dealership. GREAT JOB!! The downside to our car buying experince was dealing with a VERY PUSHY finance guy; Michael.. all I have to say is I will never deal with the finance department except to sign the final paperwork. I will tell them upfront my requirements and if they do not comply then I will find a dealer that will. TERRIBLE waiting hours for someone trying to push a lower interest rate, extended warranties, GAP insurance and a new program he called MAG...I will always go in with my Bank pre-approval check and never deal with those guys again.... Sorry Josh for venting and taking away from your superior job of meeting our expectations...Thank you again.. More

Since I needed the car by a certain date, I was a bit nervous when delivery the car was delayed due to bad weather. As I was weighing my options, Jim was very friendly and understanding, and made the car ready for pick up as soon as the car arrived at the dealership. Friendly Buying Experience! This is my first car purchasing experience and I am happy to say the people in Heuberger Motors took good care of me. Before I took into consideration This is my first car purchasing experience and I am happy to say the people in Heuberger Motors took good care of me. Before I took into consideration of purchasing with them, I look into the dealerships in my area (Northern California) and they had zero inventory of what I wanted. So I did some research and found out about Heubergber Motors. Their inventory is by far the most impressive I've seen. I just browse their site and request an online inquiry for a quote. Clint sent me a quote few minutes later and let me know what he had and what he can do for me. After exchanging few emails we agree on the car, waited over a month the car arrived. That's where Mark comes in, filled out the finance paper work online, got a call from him when I qualified for loan. He sent me some paper work overnight to fill out. I messed up on one of the application and he resend one the next day. He was easy to talk to and very friendly. After all the paper work was filled out, Clint scheduled a shipping company to have my car shipped to my house. Now I am happy with my new 2015 WRX! Thanks Clint and Mark!!! More

Sqare Deal We traveled from Albuquerque to make this purchase. We did our homework through TrueCar and Consumer Reports and knew what a fair price was. The two local Subaru dealerships priced the car 6% and 8.8% above this fair price - even after negotiation. Jim Adams gave me a price 0.1% off our fair price (without know what it was) without negotiation over the phone! The transaction was pleasant. The dealership was dog friendly, so we brought our puppies in (they got lots attention and cookies). JIm was very nice and knowledgeable. The transaction was long (3 hours) but to be fair we asked quite a few questions. The only negative is that a second salesperson tried to push an extended warrantee we didn't want , until I had to get equally assertive in the opposite direction. We had a nice family road trip, stayed in a nice hotel, and saved between $1200-$2000 purchasing at Heuberger. We would definitely purchase from Heuberger - and Jim - again. More
