My wife and I have purchased a Forester and an Outback over the internet with Jennifer's assistance and both times the process could not have been more pleasant thanks to her. Heuberger provides an environment devoted to the customer that is unmatched by any other dealership that I have experienced over the years. I was a little doubtful about buying a car in another state using just the internet and phone but Jennifer was just exceptional to work with and made it so very easy. Heuberger makes it worthwhile for me to drive from the Houston area to Colorado Springs and still save money and hassle when compared to trying to buy locally. And working with Jennifer is the icing on the cake! She and Heuberger are both highly recommended! More

Mike Pickett was our salesperson and took care us from when we walked through the door until we drove our new car off the lot. He was friendly, thorough and really knows Subarus. My husband was so impressed with Mike that when I saw the XV Crosstrek in orange (and HAD to have it), he sent me straight to Mike to buy the car on my own...he was so comfortable with our sales person that he didn't even accompany me! Mike again took care of everything and sent me on my way in our second Suburu! More

Not Happy I chose to purchase from Heuberger because their price was a little lower than closer dealerships. I purchased the car through their website and requested the windows to be tinted. I also requested the car be delivered to me but after being told it would take several days I decided to go to the dealership and pick it up. When I picked up the car the windows were not tinted. Long story short I was offered $50 off Approximately $365 an expense I wanted included in the loan. Sorry, the salesman dropped the ball by not providing the product I ordered and the customer service rep should have provided the tinting at no cost. I think this dealership has just become too bust to provide quality personal service. More
Best Buying Experience to Date This was my fist internet car buying experience and I think I might have been spoiled. I normally don't use the internet, but Hueberger did not requ This was my fist internet car buying experience and I think I might have been spoiled. I normally don't use the internet, but Hueberger did not require a phone number as others do, eliminating unwanted calls later. I picked a specific vehicle from the inventory and asked for the "eprice" Skyler quickly emailed back and answered all my questions without trying to push a pricier car like another dealer. That dealer did not even address the car I asked about by both VIN and stock number. Hueberger beat all the other dealers I checked with on price on the specific trim and options I asked about. Over the phone on follow ups Skyler never tried any pressure tactics. On arrival at the dealership Skyler took great care of us and was very patient. He took the time for multiple test drives and made sure we understood all the pricing on several vehicles we asked about. It was not easy to find a match to our exterior and interior color combinations, but Hueberger's online inventory was accurate so we knew exactly what as available before arrival. We had a trade and seemed to get fair value for it based on Edmonds, NADA, and Kelly Blue Book sites. As our purchase was still in transit we had to make a second trip from Denver about a week later. On that trip Skyler took the time to give our son a couple test drives. He showed us a couple more vehicles we might consider for future purchases and demonstrated the Eye Sight and other advanced safety features. He took all the time we needed to familiarize with our new car. He had already made a sale and collected a deposit, yet he still spent time to insure we were happy. Dawn from Finance did an excellent job on the paperwork, insuring all the data was correct to preclude possible problems at the DMV. When, not if, we go back to Hueberger for our future purchases we will be sure to ask for both by name. We felt we were treated honestly and respectfully, unlike a couple other dealerships and their sales staff we contacted. More

I leases a 2014 Subaru Legacy 6 months ago for the first time. I ABSOLUTELY love that vehicle. But.... There's just some weird relationship between a man and a truck... And i found my dream truck online at Hueberger Motors and fell in love like I had just met the women of my dreams. Except this one was 1/2 ton, fully loaded with 4wd lol. I was nervous about being in a lease for only 6 months and what would happen... I called David and the rest was history... The guy is simply the best in the business. If you want it, he will get you in it on your terms. He will make it fit in your budget and every question or concern you have will be adressed and taken care of immediately... I would love to buy a new vehicle everyday just to see the guy in action.. Unfortunately this is the last vehicle I own for a long time. He's helped a dream of mine come true of owning the perfect F150 5.4 V8 TritonSupercrew Lariat I've wanted since I was a child. Thanks David. Just thank you. More
Don't bother if you already have your own financing. I don't like the hassle of car buying, so I always obtain my financing, do my homework and decide what car I want before I walk into a dealership. Heuberger has more bells and whistles than most places (can you say latte, coy pond and puppies?) and their salespeople are both nice and knowledgeable. Although their prices are the same as any other dealership (of course they will tell you differently) and there is no negotiation on the price, they just avoid the topic all together. But since I knew the price they offered was the similar to anywhere else (actually $100 higher) I agreed to it and wanted to buy the car. That’s when my issue began. After Heuberger asked for my ID and insurance, they then presented me with a credit application, I stated (again) I had my own approved financing and wasn’t interested. They said it was company policy and they couldn’t sell me the car unless I filled it out, again I asked why since I didn’t need financing. They then give me many reasons why, but my favorite was the OFAC check for my identity. I asked why a state issued driver license wasn’t sufficient and since the OFAC check doesn’t require a social security number why I would need a credit check? After several more minutes of debate, they then agreed to sell me the car, but refused to work with my credit union (after they said they were a preferred dealer for them) and would require me to manually take their paperwork to my credit union and then I had to bring a check back to them (this is done electronically at any other dealer) and I live 45 miles away. So at this point I had enough and walked out. We know dealers make the most money from financing, and by the looks of it, their policy is working for them, but to do everything you can to force people to use your financing when they don’t want to is wrong, I don’t care how “nice” your dealership is. More

I only drive manuals and my car search was pretty specific. Steve understood and went out of his way to work with us to find a great Forrester at a great price. My wife is not terribly comfortable driving a manual. Steve directed me to a quiet neighborhood for the test drive so that my wife could get behind the wheel. He was very patient and even gave her lots of driving tips that I either never thought of or just didn't know how to explain. (I learned by my dad's sink or swim method and have a hard time teaching) More

I was very impressed with this dealership also, but it was Karen that made the difference More
