So our time was long but Karen and the other staff helped it be a good experience.. We enjoyed the coffee very much. Karen is very friendly and she explains each step of the transactions, answered all questions. She worked for us for the best deal possible. The man in Finance was also helpful. More

Having never purchased a car from another state and with all of the California regulations, we were a little hesitant but after reading all of the reviews and seeing other people's experience doing the same thing through Heuberger Motors, we did it. From the start, Nikki was an awesome salesperson. Never, ever pushy, answered all of our questions, was upbeat and positive throughout the whole experience. She followed through and contacted us regularly to make sure all of our questions were answered. She was open to texting, calling or emailing - whatever was convenient for us. Once transferred over to the finance department, Mark was timely and took care of everything. Not once did we ever regret the decision or think we made a mistake. The car was delivered in excellent condition with all of the paperwork and a full tank of gas!! I would most certainly do this again and highly recommend Heuberger Motors for all out of state purchases. They know what they are doing and help you through all of the red tape each state has. Post-Sale Service Appalling I purchased from Hueberger a 2014 STI in December, 2013. I also purchased a hood, bumper, and mirror clear bra to protect my paint. The vendor they I purchased from Hueberger a 2014 STI in December, 2013. I also purchased a hood, bumper, and mirror clear bra to protect my paint. The vendor they used to install the clear bra did a poor job (and quite expensive). The clear bra manufacturer, Llumar, agreed to pay for repairs but would not cover my paint if it got damaged. I asked Hueberger, specifically Eric, to step up and provide me with some coverage on my paint if it got damage fixing the product I purchased from him. After being called unreasonable and ridiculous, he finalized his response with, "This is our final stance on the matter. No further communication is required." Needless to say, no other communication will be had and no further business with Hueberger will be promoted or done at this delaership. More

I was quoted a price that was more than fair for both parties concerned so decided to drop by and meet David personally. First impressions are important and my first impression was that here was a nice young man who would be glad to help me should I choose to move forward, but was not going to push me in a direction I did not want to go. We took a nice long test drive together during which time we shared stories about our families and experiences growing up, much like you would share with a friend. In the end I decided to buy a new Forester and David assisted me in a professional manner. The whole transaction took less than an hour and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated! More

I still wanted this vehicle to work out - because of mileage, appearance, size, and Subaru reputation. I decided to test drive a new model, just to see if the one I tried was just a lemon. Turns out the newer one was significantly better, and quieter. I do need to get used to the CVT motor when increasing speed and going uphill. Each day, I get more and more attached to my little Subaru Crosstrek. Jim Adams and Heuberger made the car buying experience painless. No haggling, and go back and forth on price. The bottom line, take it or not. Jim answered all questions, and taught us about the Subaru product. he seemed to really know his vehicles. More

Clint promptly answered every question that I asked (some of his responses even came in the middle of the night). My test drive was with Ryan Z.-he was accommodating , knowledgable and courteous. The internet price was fair and could not be beat by my local Auto Nation dealership. The only difficult part of the entire experience was having to wait 6 weeks for my car to arrive at the dealership & this was because I wanted a specific color. It arrived on the exact date that Ryan told me it would and I received a phone call and email that same day. The very next day, I picked up my car and am very pleased with the redesigned Legacy. It is very fun to drive. More
