I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else My wife and I recently bought a 2015 Forester from Heuberger and were lucky enough to deal with David the whole time. This was a welcome change for me as I am used to dealing with internet sales managers and then being passed off to another sales person when I go to the dealership. At Heuberger, we had the opportunity to work with David throughout the whole process. David is professional, honest, and goes out of his way to try to find you exactly what you're looking for. What I appreciated most was that he listened to what I was looking for and tried to find it. At other dealerships, they just kept trying to sell me the next model up. I cannot recommend David more highly, and I'm not sure why anyone would ever go anywhere else! Thank you David for such a stress free and pleasurable experience! Excellent experience I ordered my WRX STI from Heuberger Motors in February shortly after release. Due to build and shipping time it took a few months, but the wait was we I ordered my WRX STI from Heuberger Motors in February shortly after release. Due to build and shipping time it took a few months, but the wait was well worth it. I initially started working with Clint who left Heuberger while my car was still in the build process. Nikki and Eric did an excellent job of picking up right where Clint left off. I never went more than a day without an email exchange. NIkki was very knowledgeable about Subaru and their offerings. She knew everything about my car when I went to pick it up which is quite different than the usual sales experience. Once it was time to pickup the car the whole experience was awesome. From the minute I sat down to the time I walked out the door with my new car it was about an hour. The price never changed from the price that was promised to me in February. I will definitely be purchasing my next Subaru from Heuberger, even though they are 1200 miles away from me. More

I have always dreaded I have bought several new cars in my lifetime and I must say my experience at Heuberger Subaru was like a breath of fresh air. I have always dreaded a day spent at a dealership purchasing a new vehicle; that is until I walked into Heuberger and met with Eric Wass on Monday afternoon. Eric was OUTSTANDING to say the least. He was very thorough and knowledgable yet never pushy or over anxious for a sale. I about fell out of my chair when he asked if I would like to think on my decision and get back to him later on in the week. I must say that I have never been asked by a car sales manager to go home and think about it. Heuberger Subaru has gained a customer for life! Dave Oberto is the Guy the work with I recently purchased a new Outback from Heuberger and worked with Dave O'berto. He was very enjoyable to work with and I would recommend him to anyone I recently purchased a new Outback from Heuberger and worked with Dave O'berto. He was very enjoyable to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Dave does not play any car salesman games like many in the business. He is very honest and answers all your questions straight up. He spent the time necessary to clearly go over everything and had no problem setting up the blue-tooth technology and other Little things in a new car that most sales persons would not take the time to do. I do a lot of research and am frustrated when I feel I know more than my sales associate about the cars I am test driving. That was not the case with Ryan; he was able to answer all my questions. It is evident that he takes pride in his job knowledge. We were also pleased that the price quoted from the beginning was very fair. It saved us the time of "playing the game" for hours just to get a fair price. Heuberger's policy of giving a fair price up front is commendable. Finally, Ryan made sure that all the little things were taken care of: working with our schedule to get our bra and tint taken care of, showing us all the features of our new car, etc.... Then I did my home work to find the vehcile I intended to purchase which was a 2015 Forester premium model. My wife and I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than previously arranged with Ryan Zaragoza. Ryan was very amenable to the earlier time and immediately went to work to find the vehicle I ultimately purchased. I was very pleased with his friendly and accomodating attitude and with the available inventory of vehicles at the dealership. That meant I was able to find the exact vehicle down to the color I wanted as well. This purchase was very satisfying and I left confident knowing I had made the right choice. No buyer's remorse.
